Client Service Manager
Kana joined as a member of the Telemus team in 2010. Based out of the Ann Arbor office, Kana ensures Telemus members receive an exceptional experience during account opening, maintenance and any other service related processes. Kana actually started her career at Telemus as a receptionist after graduating from Eastern Michigan University. After gaining a deep understanding of the business and knowledge, she transitioned into a member services role as a manager. In her spare time, Kana enjoys attending concerts, creating mixed-media art, volunteering in the community, and traveling. Kana also loves to write hand-written letters to friends and family as she believes fully in the dying art form.
