Karen has been a member of the Telemus team since 2005. With more than 30 years of customer service experience in the financial services industry, Karen is passionate about delivering an extraordinary experience to Telemus members. She believes open and honest communication is the key to building strong relationships with members, and she develops a deep connection with each member so that she can anticipate needs sometimes even before they arise. Karen’s first love is spending time with her family. She also enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and preparing healthy cuisine for family and friends.
